Here at Croydon Fireplaces we can complete as much, or as little of your installation as you like. From supply only. To full installation as we are fully HETAS Registered to Install Existing Flexible liners into existing flues to full Pre-Fabricated Chimney Systems, Eldefast, FuranFlex, Isokern and Anki Chimney Systems and our installers are Gas Safe Registered and have City and Guilds Master Bricklayers at hand and Roofers all who have years of experience fitting all types of product we stock and sell.
Our sister company Milborrow Chimney Sweeps (In the same building) have 20 Hetas Qualified Installers who are by Royal Appointment Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, so you will have the highest levels of customer service throughout your experience with us. We also have our own hand picked teams of installers and fitters at hand to fill in the gaps where required.
In most instances after your visit to our showroom we can take details of what you are interested in and then arrange the most suitable installer to attend site to measure up and investigate the installation options for a complete and detailed estimate of the work needed.
Please Note;
All installations will be installed as per HETAS, Building Regulations and Installation Instructions and may involve work you have not considered for example;
- Any installation in a new build or air tight house or over 5kw appliance will require external permanently open ventilation.
- A carbon monoxide alarm will be needed within 1m - 3m of the appliance. At least 150mm down from the ceiling and corners 300mm out of any corners and above all windows and doors.

Before you visit the showroom it is recommended you fill in the below Installation Form. Which is available as an online form, or to download to print and fill in. To bring in when you come into the showroom or submit electronically. Remember to take lots of pictures (inside and outside of the chimney stack). A picture says a thousand words!
